This policy explains how BRFY Tecnologias ("we") handles personal information related to betweenchecks.com and Between Checks products.
1. Your spreadsheet stays with you
The Products are files you download and use in your own Excel or Google account. We do not receive, see or store the numbers you type into them.
2. Information we collect
Purchase data: when you buy, Hotmart processes your payment and shares with us your name, email address, country, product purchased and order details. We do not receive your full card details.
Email: if you contact support or join a waitlist, we keep your email address and messages.
Site and advertising data (Meta Pixel and Conversions API): we use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel (a small piece of code on our pages) and the Meta Conversions API (which sends events from our servers or our checkout provider directly to Meta), to measure visits and purchases, measure and improve ad performance, and show our ads to relevant audiences. Data collected can include: pages viewed and actions taken (for example, page views, checkout started and purchase); the time of the visit; your IP address, browser and device information; cookie identifiers (such as Meta's _fbp and _fbc cookies); the click identifier from a Meta ad; and, for purchases, the order value and currency plus your email address and other contact details in hashed (encrypted) form. Meta may use this information as described in its own Privacy Policy.
3. How we use it
To deliver your purchase, provide support, process refunds, send transactional emails and, with your consent where required, product emails you can unsubscribe from at any time; to measure and improve our ads and site; and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as Hotmart, our email provider, our hosting provider and Meta for ad measurement) and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information for money. Under some US state privacy laws, sharing site and advertising data with Meta for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out at any time (see Your Privacy Choices).
5. Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. You can block cookies in your browser and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example, California or Brazil under the LGPD), you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as required by law.
6. Your Privacy Choices (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information)
You can opt out of the use of your site data for targeted advertising (the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some US state laws) in any of these ways:
Global Privacy Control (GPC): we honor GPC signals. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, the Meta Pixel does not load on our pages for that browser and we treat it as a request to opt out of sale/sharing.
Opt-out switch: use the button below to turn off advertising cookies and the Meta Pixel on this browser. The choice is saved in your browser, so repeat it on each browser or device you use, and again if you clear your browser data.
Email: write to [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share". We will also apply your request to purchase data we send to Meta through the Conversions API.

7. Retention and transfers
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and legal requirements. Information may be processed in Brazil, the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
